AroidNode ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by AgganA, respects your personal privacy and provides strict safeguards for your botanical records. This Privacy Policy outlines with transparency how our mobile application AroidNode handles data, our on-device sovereignty principles, third-party integrations, and your statutory rights under global privacy frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Google Play Developer Program Policies.

Core Guarantee: 100% On-Device Botanical Sovereignty

Your plant specimen catalog, lineage genealogies, chimera stability calculations, propagation photos, and estimated valuations are stored directly within your device's sandboxed local database. We do not maintain central cloud surveillance over your collection, nor do we sell, rent, or monetize your botanical data to third-party data brokers.

1. Information We Collect and Receive

Depending on your usage mode within AroidNode, we process the following categories of information:

A. Authentication & Account Data

Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: If you elect to authenticate using federated OAuth sign-in, we receive your basic public profile information: display name, verified email address, and profile avatar URL. This information is utilized solely to establish your curatorial profile session and verify subscription entitlements.
Guest / Offline Mode: You may use AroidNode without authenticating. In guest mode, zero personal identifiers are transmitted or recorded.

B. Botanical Records & Media

Specimen Photographs & Growth Journals: Plant photographs captured or selected from your gallery are kept in local storage on your device. AroidNode does not upload your photographs to external servers unless you explicitly trigger a personal export file.
Valuation & Phenotypic Notes: Valuation figures, leaf node counts, purchase costs, and variegated sector tracking remain entirely local to your device sandbox.

C. Purchase & Subscription Information

In-App Purchases (Botanical Patron): All financial transactions, recurring subscriptions, and payment methods are processed exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC). AroidNode never receives, processes, or stores your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials. We only receive cryptographic purchase tokens to verify active patron status.

D. Diagnostic & Performance Telemetry

Crash Telemetry & Engine Diagnostics: Anonymous system metrics (such as device manufacturer, Android OS version, and crash stack traces) may be collected to resolve technical issues and ensure stability across varying hardware specifications.

3. Device Permissions & Purpose Justification

AroidNode adheres to the principle of minimal data access. We request only runtime permissions strictly necessary for curated features:

You may revoke any of these permissions at any time via your device's Settings → Apps → AroidNode → Permissions.

4. Data Retention, Export & Local Deletion

You maintain uncompromised authority over your botanical records:

Universal JSON Export: You can export your full plant catalog, growth milestones, and care logs into an open, portable JSON or CSV archive at any moment via Profile Settings.
Local Archive Reset: A single tap on "Reset Botanical Archive" in your app settings immediately purges all local databases, cached images, and preferences from your device sandbox.

5. Account & Cloud Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

In strict accordance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, users have the right to request deletion of their account credentials and associated profile data both within the app and via the web without needing to reinstall the application.

Timeline & Scope: Account revocation requests are verified and permanently fulfilled within 7 business days. Any associated OAuth tokens and email identifiers are irrevocably purged. Local specimen data on your device will remain unaffected until you clear app storage or uninstall the app.

Important Valuation Notice

Estimated specimen valuations, chimera sector stability percentages, and leaf price indexes generated by AroidNode are mathematical models designed for collector reference and curatorial enjoyment. They do not constitute certified commercial appraisals, botanical authenticity warranties, or financial investment advice. AgganA assumes no liability for biological specimen outcomes or financial transactions conducted between collectors.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)

AroidNode is designed for adult collectors, botanical hobbyists, and researchers aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.

8. Statutory Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you possess the right to:

Access & Portability: Request confirmation of personal data processing and obtain an open JSON export of your data.
Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request immediate destruction of your account profile.
Non-Discrimination: Receive equal service without discrimination for exercising your statutory privacy rights.
