Terms of Service for AroidNode
Welcome to AroidNode. By downloading, accessing, or utilizing our mobile software application ("Application"), you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with AgganA ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all terms herein, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the Application.
1. Description of Curatorial Services
AroidNode provides digital archival and tracking tools specifically crafted for rare botanical collectors, tissue culture propagators, and aroid enthusiasts. Features encompass:
- Botanical accession logging, variegation sector tracking, and growth journals.
- Node propagation lineage and cutting genealogy trees.
- Mathematical valuation models and rare market reference indexes.
- On-device collection export (JSON / CSV).
2. Botanical Valuation & Market Analytics Disclaimer
Biological Uncertainty: Variegation stability, chimera sport reversion, node rooting vitality, and tissue culture mutational fitness are biological phenomena subject to microclimate and genetic variability. AgganA assumes zero legal liability for horticultural decay, specimen mortality, or commercial transactions executed between third parties.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Google Play Billing)
AroidNode provides free access to foundational curatorial features, with optional premium upgrades ("Botanical Patron" tiers) that unlock advanced capabilities:
- Google Play Processing: All in-app purchases, recurring subscription plans, and promotional offers are handled exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing. Your billing relationship is subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active subscription period, patron subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price.
- Cancellation Procedure: You may cancel or amend your subscription at any time via the Google Play Subscription Center. Please note: Uninstalling the AroidNode app from your phone does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
- Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated and disbursed according to the standard refund policies of Google Play.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property Sovereignty
- Your Records & Media: You retain complete, unrestricted copyright and ownership of all accession records, specimen photography, personal care notes, and genealogy files you input into AroidNode.
- Proprietary Software: The AroidNode codebase, brand marks, botanical algorithms, visual identity, and user experience designs are the exclusive intellectual property of AgganA. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Application.
5. Archival Preservation & User Responsibility
Because AroidNode prioritizes on-device data sovereignty and does not mirror your full photographic library to central commercial clouds, you are encouraged to execute periodic collection backups using the in-app Export Collection Archive feature (Profile → Archive Management). We recommend storing your exported JSON files in your preferred cloud storage or physical drive.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AGGANA OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, OR BOTANICAL ASSET LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF AROIDNODE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE.
7. Termination of Service
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by ceasing all use of the Application and deleting your local data. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue features or update compatibility requirements with prior public notice on our legal repository.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation between the parties prior to seeking judicial proceedings.
